Job Description

 Department  : Back-office Sales

 Education : BE Mechanical / MBA Marketing

Position Summary: 

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries 
• Managing sales inquiry and order processing 
• Handling customer complaints and coordination with team. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Receive customer inquiries and review the customer requirements.

• Prepare and send quotations to customers against customer inquiries.

• Coordinate negotiate and follow-up with domestic and export customers in order to convert the inquiry into order. 

• Coordinate with operation team and submit required drawings and other technical documentation to customers.

• Monitor and track maintenance, project and tender inquiries to order completion. 

• Coordinate & follow-up with Dealers and field executives for inquiry handling.

• Follow up regularly for offers made with customer and maintain the records.

• Perform feasibility review for each inquiry and communicate with the customer. Prepare monthly statements of quotation submission and order booking details. 

• Perform contract review for maintenance type orders and facilitate contract review for project and tender orders. 

• Coordinate with regional manager and directors to get order booking and enquiry details.

• Submit final order documents (MRB) to client after order completion.

• Receive, communicate and monitor customer complaints and coordinate with customer and cross functional team till satisfied closure of complaints. Maintain records pertaining to customer complaints.

• Generate NCR on ERP, take follow-up and ensure appropriate correction and corrective actions has been taken on issued NCRs. Provide daily, weekly and monthly data analysis and MIS to reporting officer.

• Responsible to maintain QMS Documentation related to back-office sales. 

Required Qualification, Certifications 

• Bachelor/Masters in Engineering or business administration in marketing discipline Required Experience. 

• Fresher or Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities 

• Strong communication and professional skill.

• Knowledge of tendering process, commercial terms and order processing.

• Organizing events and product exhibitions.
